Terms
- Orders will be shipped from E-Films on business days only (please note: Australia time zones may differ from your country)
- The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website by logging into “My Account” and select “View order status”
- Orders are generally packed on Monday - Friday and are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday indicating that your order is awaiting shipment, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time begins from dispatch, not from order date.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except public holidays.
Methods
Airmail
- Takes 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location
- Insurance is not included
- Tracking is not available for this service
- Only use this method if your mail system is very reliable. Please be advised that E-Films is not responsible for lost parcels as there is no tracking documents once it has left our dispatch area
Registered Airmail
- Takes 3-10 business days for delivery
- Includes insurance
- Signature required upon delivery
Partial tracking is available from your country's national postage system using the tracking number (for eg., for United States orders visit www.usps.com, go to “Track and Trace”, then enter your Air Bill number). For Singapore visit the Singapore Post website. This feature is not available for all countries. Suggested use where a guarantee of delivery is required, but longer shipping time is acceptable.
UPS Courier
- Takes between 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- Signature required upon delivery.
- Tracking is available by entering your tracking/reference number via the UPS site at http://www.ups.com. Select "Track Shipments" or "Track by Reference" and enter your tracking/reference number.
- Tracking numbers are also available on our website by logging into “My Account” and select “View order status”
- CUSTOMS: International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. E-Films is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
DPEX Courier
- Takes between 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- Tracking available via the DPEX website at www.dpex.com
- Tracking numbers are also available on our website by logging into “My Account” and select “View order status”
