E-films was established in 1999 in Australia, as a video production house, winning awards and internationally recognised for their innovative video work.

In 2008, E-films designed and manufactured the MxR adapter, the first custom designed adapter to replace Sony’s SxS Pro memory card at a fraction of the cost. The effect of the release of the original MxR was profound, making high quality HD production available and more affordable to producers.

Since the run-away success of the MxR adapter, E-Films have moved to improve and expand it’s product range, using their knowledge as working professionals in this area.
