Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TERMS

  • Orders will be shipped from E-Films on business days only (please note: Australia time zones may differ from your country)
  • The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening. You may also track your order on our website by logging into “My Account” and select “View order status”
  • Orders are generally packed on Monday - Friday and are not shipped until the following business day. If you receive an email from us on a Saturday or Sunday or Public Holiday indicating that your order is awaiting shipment, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery time begins from dispatch, not from order date.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

Airmail 

  • Takes approx. 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location (for eg. countries such as Brazil would take around 20 business days for delivery.)
  • Only use this method if your mail system is very reliable. Insurance or tracking is not available for this service. 
  • Please be advised that E-Films is not responsible for lost parcels as there are no tracking documents once it has left our dispatch area
  • If your local postal service is not reliable we suggest you choose 'Registered International Airmail' service (see below)

Registered Airmail 

  • Takes approx. 3-15 business days for delivery in most major cities and countries, expect longer for some countries (eg. Brazil and Russia)
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Partial tracking available only 
  • Includes insurance

Partial tracking is only available for some countries (eg. for United States at www.usps.com, enter your Air Bill number) Tracking is available whereby a country uses the parcel scanning process. This feature is not available for all countries. Suggested use where a guarantee of delivery is required, but longer shipping time is acceptable.

TNT

  • Takes 2-4 business days for delivery subject to customs clearance
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Shipment tracking available from www.tnt.com website

UPS Courier

  • Takes 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location.
  • Signature required upon delivery.
  • Tracking is available by entering your tracking/reference number via the UPS site at http://www.ups.com. Select "Track Shipments" or "Track by Reference" and enter your tracking/reference number.

EMS (Express Courier International)

EMS (Express Courier International)
Takes between 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Reliable door-to-door delivery
Signature required upon delivery
Includes insurance

CUSTOMS: International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. E-Films is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

WARRANTY

E-Films offers a 1 year warranty on all products it supplies from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the replacement of any product which has a manufacturing fault.

While our best efforts are, at all times to ensure the highest manufacturing quality of our products, the limitation of our warranty, and maximum loss we will accept extends only to the replacement of our product.

E-films does not accept any liability for the loss of data caused by the malfunction of our products.

As other company’s products, either SDHC, HDD, or SSD, are used in conjunction with our products, over which we have no direct control, we cannot accept liability for any loss due to the malfunction of their product whether sourced from us or from elsewhere.

RETURNS

E-films promise to provide the best products possible, however, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase you may return/exchange the item/s within 14 days of receipt provided you meet the conditions below:

  • Proof of purchase and (copy of) original E-films sales invoice is provided.
  • All products are to be returned within 14 days of receipt.  No refund or exchange can be given after 14 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
  • The product must be in “as new” condition and not damaged, together with their original packaging complete with all accessories. Please do not place stickers or write on the item to be returned.
  • Email us at orders@e-films.com.au with the following details at hand:
    Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange or refund.
  • You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) to be written on the outside of the package and a return shipping address.
  • The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • On receipt of product, E-films will either repair, refund or replace product for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
